About DREAMBEACON
NUTURING THE WHOLE PROFESSIONAL AT EVERY STAGE
What started as a simple connection between an undergraduate student and a proud alumnus became an idea of an initiative to equip students for life after college by formulating a plan for success and putting them in front of industry leaders who can guide them as they navigate their careers.

After three years of successful symposiums at Lincoln University of Pennsylvania – featuring leaders from prominent companies like Wieden + Kennedy, J.P Morgan, and Motown Records – Jabir McKnight (Co-Founder) and Anthony G. Stepney (Co-Founder) created the framework for DREAMBEACON, an organization supporting personal and professional success through purpose-driven programming.
